Delivery Timeframe:
All embroidery designs are digital products and will be delivered via email or through a download link on our website.
Once your payment is confirmed, your design will typically be available for download within 1 to 3 business days.
In case of any delays, we will promptly notify you via email.
File Format:
Designs are delivered in commonly used embroidery formats such as DST, PES, JEF, and others as specified on each product page. If you require a specific format not listed, please contact us before purchasing to confirm availability.
Order Confirmation:
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with the order details. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive this email within a few minutes.
Custom Designs:
For custom embroidery design requests, delivery times may vary based on the complexity of the design. We will provide an estimated delivery date upon request confirmation.
Failed Delivery:
If you do not receive your design files within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team at support@pawdigitizing.com, and we will promptly assist you.
Refund Policy
At Paw Digitizing, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of our digital products, we have the following refund policy in place:
Non-Refundable Items:
All sales of digital embroidery designs are final. Once a design has been downloaded, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances: The design file is defective or corrupted and cannot be opened or used as intended. You received the wrong design or file format from what was purchased. If you encounter these issues, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase at pawdigitizing@gamil.com, including your order number and a description of the issue.
Resolution Process:
Upon receiving your refund request, we will review the issue and may request additional information or screenshots for verification. If eligible, we will either provide a corrected file or issue a refund within 7 business days.
Custom Design Refunds:
Custom design orders are non-refundable once the design process has started. We offer revisions based on the initial design agreement, but a refund will not be provided once work has commenced.
Changes and Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately. Orders can only be canceled or changed if the design process has not yet begun.
