1. What We Do
We provide embroidery digitization services that convert your artwork into formats
suitable for embroidery machines. Our standard delivery time is 2 to 4 hours,
depending on the complexity of your design.
2. Your Responsibilities
Account Security: You’re responsible for keeping your login information private.
Ownership of Artwork: By submitting designs, you confirm that you own the rights or
have permission to use them.
3. Payment Details
All payments must be completed before we begin digitizing your designs. We accept
all major credit cards and online payment methods.
4. Limitations of Liability
We are not liable for any data loss, indirect damages, or delays caused by factors
beyond our control.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
While the digitized file is yours to use, Paw Digitizing retains ownership of any
methods or techniques used to create the file.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate our services if the Terms of Use are
violated.
